ATB Riva Calzoni Spa is an international company with long-standing tradition of excellence in design, fabrication and installation of high technological long-lead components for Energy sector. We need new talents who have the ambition to grow in a challenging industrial working environment involved in the management of complex and international projects.

Contract

For the personnel joining the company, ATB Riva Calzoni applies, depending on our specific business needs, the following contractual arrangements provided by current law:

  • Supply Contracts through authorized agencies listed in the special register of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies;
  • Fixed-term contracts;
  • Permanent Contracts 

The Company applies the National Collective Labor Agreement for the metalworking and mechanical engineering industry.

Internship

ATB Riva Calzoni has a long tradition of collaboration with academic and Professional Institutes through defined internship within the company, providing young people with opportunities to gain experience in the corporate world with the best experts in the field.

Depending on our specific business needs, we offer graduates and undergraduate students internship opportunities to support their professional development and application of what they have learned during their studies.

Based on the agreements with the respective Schools / Universities, customized training projects will be offered which may concern technical / production sectors (Manufacturing process, Design, Scheduling, Quality of the product) or staff functions (Administration, Purchasing, HR, HSE, Quality assurance).
