The project is characterized by reduced timelines and the integration of new structures to replace the old ones installed within existing warehouses and in confined spaces.
The client, to meet technical and production needs, entrusted SEMAT with the design and construction of the civil works, allowing for the adoption of rapid execution technologies and construction systems in order to adhere to the overall project schedules. The project was developed using the BIM (Building Information Modeling) system, which involves creating a detailed and multidimensional digital prototype of the project. This allows for effective visualization, reducing risks and facilitating the design and construction process.
